This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs when you order from Merriloom at merriloom.org.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all member states of the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] before placing an order.
Shipping rates
- Standard delivery: €5.90 per order.
- Free standard delivery on orders of €60 or more (after discounts, before shipping).
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET or at weekends are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes:
- 2–4 business days to most Western and Central European countries;
- 4–7 business days to other EU destinations, islands and remote areas.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. During peak seasons (for example, in the weeks before Christmas) deliveries may take longer — we recommend ordering early for date-specific celebrations.
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking link.
Customs and duties
All prices include VAT. Because we ship within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.
Incorrect address and failed delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. The additional shipping cost may be charged.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please e-mail [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and items. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
